Vastint Netherlands B.V. (formerly Pronam B.V.) and Allseas have concluded a long-term lease for a total of 3,173 m² of office space and 71 parking spaces in the Whitepark building at Poortweg 8 in Delft. This transaction means that the complex is now virtually entirely let.
Whitepark
Whitepark is located at a superb and prominent position at the Delft exit on the A13 motorway. The complex, containing around 16,500 m² of office space, is easy to reach by both car and public transport. The complex is now virtually fully let.
