Vastint Netherlands B.V. and Samsung Electronics Benelux B.V. have concluded a long-term lease for 730 m² of office space and 13 parking spaces in the Whitepark building at Poortweg 6 in Delft, to accommodate a new Samsung Experience Store.
Whitepark
Whitepark has a superb and prominent location at the Delft exit of the A13 motorway. The complex, with around 16,500 m² of office space, is very easy to reach by both private and public transport. There are still 5,000m² of office space available to let.
Whitepark comprises two modern white buildings and has been completely renovated. Much attention has been given to quality, living conditions and sustainability to create a productive and inspiring working environment. The park-like surroundings that have been created around the building, with almost 400 parking spaces, add to the sense of a good work/life balance.
