Vastint Netherlands B.V. has concluded several leases for a total of approx. 5,000 m² of office space in the Coengebouw at Kabelweg 37 in Amsterdam.
Lessees include Stichting Huisvesting Westpoort, Briddge B.V., Total Commerce B.V. and Control Partners B.V., which have entered into long-term leases for more than 2,500 m².
The new COEN Business Center, which opened its doors on 1 June 2014, has been a great success with around 17 lease transactions being concluded that year. Banana Apps, Mundio Mobile, Het Codeerhuis, the Consulate of Peru and Fit20 are just some of the new lessees now accommodated in the building.
There are still several workplaces and offices available to let in COEN.
Coengebouw
Just before the summer Vastint completed the upgrade of the Coengebouw. The modernization and restyling of the general areas, the addition of a coffee bar and the fitting-out of the COEN business center have brought this striking building right up to date to meet the demands of today.
Within just a few weeks, 90% of the 700-m²business center had been let. Thanks to this success, COEN is now being extended with an additional 1,500 m² of office space.
The Coengebouw is a timeless, high-quality multi-tenant office building with its own secure basement car park. The car park has space for 315 cars and two lifts giving direct access to the various office floors.
The building comprises a total of approx. 19,800 m² of office space including a reception area, lounge with coffee bar, company restaurant, basement/filing room and the COEN flexible working concept, which provides extremely flexible rental options.
The open layout of the generously sized office spaces is perfect for cellular offices, open-plan offices or a call centre. The smart offices are located on the 6th and 7th floor. These smaller units from 35 m² can be rented on a flexible basis. COEN is located on the ground floor.
The Coengebouw is a genuine landmark and its location just within the A10 ring road is ideal. The building is easy to reach by car and public transport. Amsterdam Sloterdijk railway station is within walking distance, the bus stops in front of the entrance to the building and Amsterdam city centre is just 8 minutes away by car.
