Vastint Netherlands recently entered into a new long-term lease agreement with Wessanen Holding. Starting from October 1, 2023, Wessanen Holding has its office on the first and second floors of ‘The Lawn’ building at TreeCity, located at Hullenbergweg 95-102 in Amsterdam Zuidoost.
Wessanen Holding, formerly a tenant for over 13 years at the Atlas ArenA Amsterdam complex—another office building in the portfolio of Vastint Netherlands—is now moving with pleasure to the TreeCity office complex, located nearby.
The choice of TreeCity is strategic, partly due to the recently achieved energy label A++ for all three buildings, aligning with Wessanen Holding’s commitment to sustainability.
