After years of ownership, Vastint Netherlands has decided to sell the Jacob building to Sofidy.
Sofidy has acquired the mixed-use Jacob building, located at St. Jacobsstraat 121-135 in the heart of Utrecht, from Vastint Netherlands. The transaction involves a long-term leased property offering a unique combination of office and retail spaces.
The building is situated in a prime location near the Oude Gracht and Vredenburg, with excellent public transport access. Utrecht Central Station is less than a ten-minute walk away.
Originally completed in 1958 and fully renovated between 2019 and 2021, Jacob offers over 4,000 m² of high-quality office, retail, and archive space. The office spaces are fully leased to tenants such as Regus and Coolblue Energie, while the retail space is occupied by Bever. The building holds an A++ EPC rating and a BREEAM In-Use Good certification.
