As of December 1st, Julien Waelen has joined Vastint Netherlands as Commercial Manager. In this role, he will focus on the commercial management of our existing real estate portfolio, (re)development projects, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Julien brings nearly eight years of experience from CBRE Investment Management, where he was responsible for the office portfolio in Rotterdam and Utrecht. His extensive knowledge and dynamic approach make him a valuable addition to our team.
Julien holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University, as well as a Master’s in Real Estate Management and Development from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh.
