Discover Business Garden, an innovative office complex designed to create a comfortable, sustainable, and inspiring working environment. Developed by Vastint across several European countries, including Poland, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, and soon Belgium, France, and Italy too. These campuses enhance employees’ everyday experience and well-being. While each Business Garden is uniquely tailored to local conditions, all share the same core values.

An emerging international network of imaginative, flexible workspaces designed to foster a professional community. As an extension of the office, The Lounge by Vastint offers vibrant and informal working space and versatile meeting rooms. Unlike co-working spaces, where many individuals and companies pass through, our lounges are exclusively accessible to our tenants and their guests. Lounge members receive unlimited access to beautiful meeting and event spaces in their own on-site lounge and across key European business destinations. As each location differs in size and design, yet they offer all or most of these elements.

Our flexible leasing choices cater to self-contained, fully furnished office modules spanning 300 – 450 m². Each unit features a dedicated reception area, open-plan workspace, meeting rooms, as well as welfare facilities. Intended to meet the evolving needs of dynamic companies, ReadyFlex is ideal for businesses experiencing rapid growth, those requiring additional space for a specific period, or project-based teams that lack available workstations within their current offices.

Our unique lobby concept is where every warm welcome starts. Our hospitality-lobby philosophy means that when employees or guests come through the door, they feel at home. We have designed colourful, warm lobbies with coffee machines, seating and friendly reception staff. Instead of being used as purely transitional areas, our lobbies are designed as social, functional and welcoming spaces that encourage visitors and tenants to use and enjoy as an alternative to the confines of the office.
