SwedeCenter informs that Deloitte, specialising in comprehensive business-related services, signed a lease for 380 m2 of office space in Brama Portowa I in Szczecin.
The leased space is on the 6th floor of the building located at the corner of Aleja Niepodległości and Wyszyńskiego, at the place where the historical Grzybek was located. Deloitte Tax, Deloitte Audit, Deloitte Legal, Pasternak and Korba i Associates Law Office plan to move to the new office in October. The managing agent for this transaction was Savills.

Brama Portowa comprises two buildings with approximately 13,000 m2 of office and commercial space, located in the very centre of Szczecin. The project was developed in accordance with environment-friendly principles and meets the LEED certification requirements. The buildings were commissioned in October 2012. The present tenant mix of the Brama Portowa office buildings comprises among others Genpact, LUX MED, Starbucks and ZDiTM.
