SwedeCenter announces its latest lease for more than 1,100 m2 of office space in Business Garden Warszawa signed by Eli Lilly. The transaction was conducted by CBRE.
“We are very pleased that the tenants of Business Garden, including among others adidas, Ricoh, Credit Agricole, were joined by another renowned company. Upon execution of the lease with Eli Lilly, we exceeded 70% occupancy ratio. We hope that the leases for the remaining space will be finalised in the next few months”, said Roger Andersson, Managing Director of SwedeCenter.
“Eli Lilly is a demanding tenant, and the office project called Business Garden will guarantee our client a comfortable and efficient working environment. CBRE advised Eli Lilly during the negotiations of the lease terms and is also responsible for supervision over works related to the adaptation of the office for the client”, said Joanna Kalinowska, Associate Director at CBRE’s Office Agency.
The Business Garden, which is SwedeCenter’s flagship project, is being developed at the corner of Zwirki i Wigury and 1 Sierpnia in Warsaw. The complex will ultimately consist of seven buildings with a leasable area of approximately 90,000 m2.
During the first phase of the project, two buildings of a total leasable area of approximately 32,000 m2 were commissioned. The first building features approximately 14,500 m2 of space. It also comprises a business hotel with more than 200 rooms, a nine-room conference centre, a restaurant and retail outlets. The second building consists of offices with an area exceeding 17,200 m2.
The start of the second phase of the project is planned for the 3rd quarter of this year.
SwedeCenter is also developing Business Gardens in Poznan and Wroclaw.
