New tenants are moving in at Swede Center office building located at Aleje Jerozolimskie, in the very centre of Warsaw. The companies Group Auto, Foap and AB Aviva, among others are leasing a total of 700 m2 of office space.
In addition, lease agreements with existing tenants like RR Donnelley, Devonshire, Clarks, Kancelaria “AWANS”, BNP Paribas and Harvey Nash have been extended. The extended leases cover almost 2,000 m2 of office space.
The two-story Swede Center building was developed in 1994. It was completely refurbished and reconstructed in the beginning of this century. The finishing standards have increased in the office space, and the building has acquired a contemporary appearance and interesting interior design. The building offers units from 40 m2 to 1,050 m2 of retail and office space.
