Vastint Poland has signed a long-term lease agreement with Pure Biologics S.A., the company, offering therapeutic solutions in the field of innovative biological drugs and extracorporeal therapies. The tenant has leased 3,200 m2 of space at Business Garden in Wroclaw, of which nearly 1,400 m2 is laboratory and technical space.
“The move to Business Garden will provide our tenant with the possibility of stable development for the coming years, both in terms of expanding the portfolio of R&D projects and further employment growth. Currently, work is underway on detailed design and the first functional mock-ups to show the standard of performance and to test the proposed solutions. These issues are of particular importance to Pure Biologics, as the new tenant wants to place more than 30 specialist labs, auxiliary rooms, and storage spaces in our facility,” said Marek Ulanecki, Senior Leasing Manager, Vastint Poland.
“We are extremely pleased with the significant changes in the laboratory infrastructure, which will provide us with not only laboratories at world-class level, but also a place for development and implementation of the ambitious plans that we set for Pure Biologics for the coming years. It will also allow us to carry out some work in our new headquarters which so far had to be outsourced due to the inadequate cleanliness and quality standards currently available,” said dr. Filip Jeleń, President of the Management Board of Pure Biologics S.A.
“We are delighted that in the process of searching for a new office and laboratory space, Pure Biologics trusted our experience and decided to cooperate with Verso. The technical requirements of the laboratory space were a big challenge for us and for Vastint. Not only the highest safety standards, but also the ability to cope with demanding design solutions were decisive factors in choosing the space at Business Garden,” commented Michal Kondas, Partner and Director of Commercial Real Estate at Verso Real Estate.
