The BREEAM Very Good certified building was completely renovated and extended in 1995. It represents a perfect combination of modern technical requirements and ancient architecture. The neo-classical extension of the "Malfait Building" and its transformation are in perfect harmony with the other buildings of the neighbourhood like the Royale Belge, the Cathedral of Saint Michel and town houses of the 18th century.
The central part of the building includes an atrium of 10m x 10m starting from the second floor allowing to use all space efficiently. A glass dome roof has been installed on the top of the six storey atrium. A part of the ground floor offers commercial spaces. There are eight floors of offices and five underground parking levels.
