Vastint won the tender for a prominent site at the port of Scheveningen. The development will feature 3,700 m² of port-related commercial space, a 144-room hotel, and 84 parking spaces. The commercial units are intended to accommodate local entrepreneurs and enhance the area's economic activity.
Construction is expected to start in Q3 2025, with completion scheduled for mid-2027.
