The 21,500 m² plot is located directly at the fairground’s own railway station, Messebahnhof Laatzen. It has a valid B-Plan and allows for the development of 43,000 m² of commercial space. Vastint’s plan is to realize a 225-rooms conference hotel at Münchener Strasse in phase I and a mix of offices and parking at a later stage.
