In the very centre of Katowice, on the site of the former Silesia Hotel, a complex will be built that will include a hotel and two office buildings. A space with a garden has been planned between the buildings, which will serve as a rest area for employees, but will also be open to city residents. The buildings, with simple, clean lines and balanced colors of the facade, will form an elegant closure of the western frontage of Katowice's Main Square. The office buildings will be certified according to international standards for energy-efficient buildings - LEED at the Gold level and in parallel according to WELL certification criteria.
Location
Nova Silesia is located in the centre of Katowice, right next to the town square. The Supersam department store and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity of the complex. The PKP railway station is just a seven-minute walk away, while the "Spodek, the legendary sports and entertainment hall as well as the conference centre, is ten minutes away.
