Riverview

Gdansk, Angielska Grobla 30-35
Award winning project
LEED Gold
Distinctive architecture
232 apartments
Perfectly designed neighbourhood, attested by Polish and international awards

The slender buildings with brick facades and soaring roofs refer to the historic buildings of the city. Riverview is distinguished by a high construction standard, as well as carefully designed landscape architecture, including a garden. The greenery blends in perfectly with the functional zones that provide space for rest, recreation, and meetings. Functional urban sculptures designed by Fine Arts Academy students complement the area.
The residential estate, designed with pro-environmental solutions, is the first residential investment in Poland to apply for LEED certification. High energy performance was one of the important factors in the design process, and the area is lit by the energy-saving, highly efficient LED luminaires equipped with DALI control systems. All of which reduces energy consumption in the buildings by almost half. The facades are made of durable materials, which can be reused and re-utilized.
