New project near Lake Idroscalo
Next to lake Idroscalo, in June 2022, we acquired a 25 ha land plot in the east of Milan in a beautiful green area. Keeping sustainability in mind, we are planning to develop 1,000 homes and 5,000 m² commercial and services space. The team is currently working on development of the area’s masterplan.
Location
The site is located ~8 km from the city centre of Milan and close to Milan Linate Airport. After the extension of the metro line M4 towards the Idroscalo lake, Milan’s city centre will be reachable in 20 minutes. The ~1,6 km² artificial lake was originally a seaplane airport, but now serves as an extensive recreational area full of life, sports, retail, restaurants, and events.
