The redevelopment of this centrally located site in Edinburgh, is a lively and new mixed-use neighbourhood. In the first phase, Vastint planned to deliver a Moxy hotel and restaurant fronting a new civic space, together with a landmark 5.532 m² office building.
Vastint Hospitality started construction of the first phase of the New Fountainbridge project in April 2019. The first phase is now completed.
In the second phase, Vastint is developing 30,742 square meters of Gross Internal Floor Area (GIFA) on a 9,768 square meter plot. This expansive space encompasses 794 square meters of commercial area and an extensive underground parking facility with 89 car parking spaces, including multiple EV charging spots, motor bike, bicycle and residential storage areas. Phase two is slated for completion in Q1 2025.
Phase 1 - Hotel
Moxy Edinburgh Fountainbridge opened its doors on February 17th, 2021.

A generous two-storey colonnade defines the entrance to the building while the top storey steps back from Fountainbridge providing a roof terrace for occupants, with excellent views.
Office accommodation is arranged around the three perimeter sides to maximise daylight and ensure maximum flexibility. The office building has recently been certified with a BREEAM Excellent.
Phase 2 – Residentials and commercial units
This urban marvel offers 236 apartments, 11 townhouses, 3 duplexes, and 3 penthouses, designed to cater to the Build-to-Rent (BTR) market and available from Q1 2025. Vastint UK will operate this property.
