Vastint has developed a 216 room Courtyard by Marriott hotel in the centre of the city’s events district. The hotel opened its doors in October 2021.

The hotel is located right next to the Scottish Exhibition Centre and connects into the multi-storey car park at Finnieston Street in Glasgow. The Scottish Exhibition Centre includes the SSE Hydro (concert venue), SEC Armadillo (auditorium) and SEC Centre (exhibition and event halls).
