Timpuri Noi Square obtained the Safe Guard certification, following the audit of Bureau Veritas which certifies the safety of the sanitary measures implemented during this period, supporting the tenants in the process of returning to the office, in a suitable environment in line with the current requirements.
Timpuri Noi Square – one of the largest multifunctional projects in Bucharest – together with Bureau Veritas – a world leader in testing, inspection and certification – have joined forces to certify that the safety procedures, proper cleaning and disinfection protocols have been followed, to ensure a functional and safe common space for existing and future tenants.

The certification covers the common areas, the receptions and the lobby lifts and will establish the sanitary standards applicable to all the buildings in Timpuri Noi Square, more precisely, a commercial area of 53,000 m2 consisting of the three buildings delivered so far.
