Vastint Romania is starting the construction process for all three buildings in Business Garden Bucharest, totalling 41,000 m² of modern, class A office space and ground floor areas for retail. PORR Construct is the general contractor of the project and commissioning is planned for the second half of 2018.
Business Garden Bucharest is located in sector 6, on 159, Calea Plevnei – Orhideea area, next to the Carrefour Orhideea shopping gallery, with only a few minutes by car to the city centre’s Victoriei Square. The complex entails one office building of 21,000 m² and two buildings of 10,000 m² of leasable area each, surrounded by a garden with pathways, benches and recreation areas, all within walking distance of the Basarab and Grozavesti subway stops.
The project was recently awarded the maximum pre-certification rating, LEED Platinum, in recognition of the sustainable design and planning which will translate, amongst others, to improved indoor environment quality. This means silent, healthy air conditioning and ventilation system with 100% fresh air supply, 3 m clear floor height, windows that open every 2,7 m, thermal comfort control and increased natural light provision, to name a few.

The sixth of its kind across Europe, Business Garden Bucharest provides a central office location, with easy access by subway, car and other means of public transport, including train. A variety of services and facilities will also be accessible within and nearby the complex, to meet the tenants and their employees’ needs over the duration of the workday.
