The first phase of the multi-functional complex called Gdynia Waterfront includes the new headquarters of PKO Bank Polski and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel. The eleven-storey office building features a total of 10,000 m2 of modern Class A office space. Various coffee shops and restaurants are located on the ground floor, along the pedestrian walkway linking Aleja Jana Pawla with the Sea Towers. The office space has been designed with consideration to sustainable building principles. Construction works were finalised in 2015.
Location
The project is located at the President's Bay near Kosciuszko Square. It is the most popular boulevard in the city, where many ships are moored during the summer season and where one can find the Oceanarium.
