Who We Are
Vastint is an international real estate organization with over 35 years of experience. We create long-term value through property investments, managing a diverse portfolio that includes office, residential, and hotel properties. Our Amsterdam office is home to around sixty international employees and counting, working across various divisions, and we are looking to centralize our office management with one main point of contact – you!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Central Point of Contact: You will be the heart of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Support Our Teams: Assist different divisions with their daily office needs and keep the workflow humming.
- Organize and Coordinate: Manage office supplies, facilities, and maintenance to keep our space in top shape.
- Communicate: Maintain open lines of communication with all departments to ensure everyone is in the loop.
- Manage the Budget: Oversee the office budget and make sure resources are used wisely.
- Onboard New Employees: Help new team members get settled and feel welcome.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A team player who can collaborate with different departments.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
